Where we are
I have not posted in a while, but this week I have been under the weather. Thankfully I am on the rebound from a cold that had sort of gotten out of hand. This weekend (April 26-27) we will be traveling to be with one of our supporting churches near Mobile, Alabama. We are so thankful for these dear friends and pray that this will be a great time of fellowship and honor for the Lord.
We are at about 95% of our monthly support and so we need about another 4 or 5 hundred a month to be where we need to be. We would like to be a little over 100% actually, because it is inevitable that as time passes while we are overseas, it will go down. Please pray that more individuals would be willing to support us, even at $25 to $50 a month.
We are waiting to hear from a church about support from them. We are content to rest in the Lord, knowing that we will take care of what he has called us to. Please pray that the Lord would choose to support us through them.
Our plan, Lord willing, is to return to Ukraine in the first week of July. Our long term plan is to be missionaries in Ukraine for the rest of our lives. It is our ambition to devote ourselves in service to God and the Ukrainian people for as long as he gives us that privilege.
